- Log in to your account from Zeo mobile app. Click on the “On Ride” button and click on the “+” button. Then a list will appear and select “Add New Route”.
- After pressing the Add New Route button, another screen will load up, and you will see various options such as Import Excel, Image Upload, and Scan Barcode.
- Click on import Excel and upload the sheet from your file document. Press on the “Proceed Button” when you are done.
- Now an additional info list will appear where you can select the other column you want to import. After selecting the options you need, you can click on “Finish Mapping” Button.
- After you find the list of imported stops, add the starting location and ending location. Then click on done adding stops
- Click on the “Create and Optimize New Route” button to optimize the routes, and the Zeo app will provide you the best-optimized route.
Importing the Excel
- To upload an Excel with addresses from your storage as per preferred cloud-based storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., navigate to the “Dashboard” section and tap on the “Upload Stop” button.
- After that, go to the “Browse File” tab, from where you can import your Excel. Select the spreadsheet file from your device.
- Match the columns in your spreadsheet to the appropriate fields in Zeo. Some of the fields are address, city, country, customer name, contact number etc. Press the “Proceed Button” to move forward.
- Before finalizing the import review the information to ensure everything is correct. You may have the opportunity to edit or adjust any details as needed.
- Now, complete the import process once everything is verified. Your stops will be added to your route planning list within Zeo.
